How can I return a product?

Something not quite right or having second thoughts? You can return or exchange your unworn, unaltered product(s) within 14 days of delivery at no cost to you. Return online at www.florentinodelure.com by logging in with your account information and selecting the product(s) you wish to return. Should you ship your returns back, you can use the prepaid return label that was generated after you selected the products you want to return/exchange. After your return is processed at our warehouse, we will refund the total purchase amount to the original payment method used within 5-7 business days.

What is your return policy?

Unworn and unaltered attire are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.

Do I need to include a return form in my return package?

Yes, you will need to stick the return label/form generated on www.florentinodelure.com on the package upon sending it by post. Please remember that the returned products can only be accepted in an unworn and unaltered form.

Gift card recipient’s personal details, such as Name/Surname and contact info, can be edited by Florentino Delure only upon request from Gift Card’s buyer (after identity authentication).

Please note that our gift cards are not reloadable. Gift cards cannot be returned or cancelled after purchase, nor be exchanged for cash.

Florentino Delure is not responsible for a gift card which is lost, stolen, damaged or used without purchaser’s permission.

How do I know that an Item is in stock?

Our current stock is listed on our website. If your desired size is not available in the drop-down menu of a product, it means this size is out of stock. If you have special requests concerning sizing and availability, please call or email our Customer Service department. Florentino Delure does not work with a waiting list; when more sizes become available they are immediately displayed online and available for purchase.

What about the warranty on my products?

Our products enjoy legal warranty. In the unlikely case that you encounter an issue with the product(s) you have purchased with us, you can contact our Customer Service representatives or visit one of our stores.

I’ve forgotten my password. What should I do?

If you have forgotten your password, change it here and follow the 'Forgot Your Password?' instructions. For security reasons, we cannot send your password via email. If you keep having troubles accessing your account, please contact Customer Service.

How do I make a purchase?

We aim to make online shopping as simple and straightforward as possible. If you know what you are looking for, you can select this category in our online store. Once you have found an item of your liking, select your size and use the Add to cart button. Review the items in your shopping cart by selecting the cart icon in the top right corner. You can use the remove-button to delete items from your cart. Click on check out to go to the page where you can complete your order.

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

Returns

Can I exchange an item from my order?

Unfortunately, we do not exchange our products at the moment. However, you can complete the returning process via your “Personal Account” and make a new order with the desired product.

Before commencing any action, we advise you to get in touch with our Support Team and see if we can help mediate your issue in advance or guide you through the returning process.

How do I return an item?

Should your Florentino Delure purchase not meet your expectations or should you change your mind, you may return the product within 14 days after delivery for a full refund. Returns are free; you do not have to pay for return shipment costs. There are is one way to claim a return:

Go to www.florentinodelure.com/return and use your order details to log in. You can select the products that you wish to return, and indicate the reason for your return. After that, we will review your return request in 1-3 business days. After your return request is processed and approved, you will be notified via your registered email address. In that email, we will make sure to send you a return shipping label which you will need to print out and stick on your parcel.

Make sure that the items you decide to return are unworn and unaltered.

When will I receive my refund?

After we have correctly and timely received and processed your returns, you will receive the refund of the products' total purchase amount to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Tax

How much duties and taxes will I have to pay when I order from Florentino Delure?

Florentino Delure does not cover the additional import duties and sales taxes that might be applied by the customs of the shipping country you selected. These additional costs vary by country. Please contact your National Customs Authorities for additional information.
