  • Team Leadership: Guide and develop the sales team, create a collaborative atmosphere, and manage staff scheduling.

 

  • Sales Strategy: Implement effective sales strategies, monitor performance, and collaborate on in-store campaigns.

 

  • Client Experience: Deliver exceptional customer service, build lasting client relationships, and ensure every visit feels personalised.  

 

  • Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store presentation reflects the brand identity and seasonal highlights.
