The Regional Operations Manager plays a key role in coordinating day-to-day activities in the showroom, focusing on order and stock management. The role includes close collaboration with suppliers, internal teams, and production partners to ensure operational efficiency and timely deliveries.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Order & Supplier Management: Track and manage custom and ready-to-wear orders, communicate with production partners and ensure timely delivery.

 

• Stock Administration: Oversee product reception and update stock data in Shopify and ERP systems. Ensure optimal stock levels and implement internal inventory systems.

 

• Showroom Support: Assist with procuring supplies, decorations, and refreshments that enhance the client experience. Help maintain the showroom’s daily functionality.

 

• Financial Coordination: Handle invoices, delivery documents, and supplier-related paperwork in collaboration with the finance and logistics teams. 

 

Ideal Profile:

 

• Higher education background.

 

• Previous experience in operational roles, preferably in premium retail or fashion.

 

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

 

• Proficiency in inventory platforms (Shopify, SmartBill, ERP, CRM).

 

• Detail-oriented and solution-driven, with the ability to multitask under pressure.

You will play a key role in delivering the highest level of service, offering tailored advice on our bespoke and RTW collections, and creating memorable experiences for our clients. You will also be involved in key events such as Trunk Shows, where you’ll have the opportunity to provide a luxury shopping experience at the highest level. This role is bound to the Florentino Delure Villa, located in Bucharest, Romania.
