Fashion Advisor - Romania

The Fashion Advisor’s main responsibility is to cater to our luxury clientele, ensuring every interaction is personalized, attentive, and exclusive. You will play a key role in delivering the highest level of service, offering tailored advice on our bespoke and RTW collections, and creating memorable experiences for our clients. You will also be involved in key events such as Trunk Shows, where you’ll have the opportunity to provide a luxury shopping experience at the highest level. This role is bound to the Florentino Delure Villa, located in Bucharest, Romania.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Luxury Client Service: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients, ensuring they receive personalized service and attention to detail.

 

• Sales Expertise: Drive sales by understanding clients’ unique preferences and offering tailored recommendations, showcasing our bespoke services and luxury collections.

 

• Exclusive Events: Actively participate in Trunk Shows, offering personalized consultations and fostering an elevated shopping experience.

 

• Product Knowledge: Keep up to date with our collections, craftsmanship, and trends to offer expert guidance and style advice to luxury consumers.

 

• Client Engagement: Maintain an exceptional store environment that aligns with our brand values, ensuring a memorable, high-end shopping experience.

 

Skills & Qualifications:

 

• Proven experience in luxury retail or high-end customer service.

 

• Strong ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with luxury clients.

 

• Expertise in luxury sales, with a deep passion for fashion and tailoring.

 

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and listening skills.

 

• Fluency in English and Romanian; additional languages are a plus.

 

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, especially during special events like Trunk Shows.
